Growing up in the Barossa Valley on my parent’s vineyard property and helping work the land, instilled in me a love and appreciation of this beautiful wine region. From a young age I was involved in making our own olive oil, olives, chutneys and tomatoes relish, and this had a real effect on shaping who I am today. This is a tradition my wife and I continue with our young children today.
