Terms & Conditions

Deposit
To confirm your reservation, an initial deposit payment of $1000.00 needs to be received (BSB 065 520 Account 100135801 Owen Andrews Barossa Catering). The deposit along with the signed contract should be returned within 14 days to secure the function date.

Payments
The balance of the function cost is due one week prior to the event
Our menu pricing does not include hire equipment which may be needed for your function this is a minor cost which will need to be paid directly to the hirer. Owen Andrews Barossa catering will not accept any responsibly for this cost.

Cancellations
All deposits are non refundable in the event of cancellation. Should the client cancel 45 days prior to arrival 50% of the estimated revenue will be charged. If the client cancels 10 days or less prior to arrival, Cafe Harvesters will charge for the numbers confirmed, and for, but not limited to, all estimated expenses or cancellation fees, for food equipment hire, etc.

Final Numbers
Final numbers are required seven (7) working days prior to the event, which will be the minimum number charged for. All costs are based on a minimum number of 30 people.

Menu Selection
The client must make a final menu selection at least fourteen (14) days prior to the function.

Table Plan & Guest Seating
The client must provide table plans and allocation of guests to Owen Andrews Barossa catering no later than five (5) working days prior to event.

Price Variation
While every effort is made to maintain prices as originally quoted, prices are subject to alteration. Prices are based on current costs and are subject to change without notice to meet increases as they arise. All prices are inclusive of GST.

Unforeseen Circumstance
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as the interruption of electricity or gas supply, unavailability of foodstuffs, natural disaster etc, Owen Andrews Barossa catering reserves the right to cancel the function at any stage and where appropriate, refund all deposits.
